Balancing functionality with character, this award-winning Titirangi bathroom was created in collaboration with Du Bois Design. The homeowner wanted a bathroom makeover that would brighten up the space. Armed with a clear vision, the interior design incorporated shutters for a timeless look, distinct fish scale tiles, and a prominent use of earthy green to tie the room together.

To make each element pop, and to ensure the bathroom was convenient to use, Good Electrical took a thoughtful approach to complement the sophisticated design work.

Hanging light fixtures provided extra illumination for makeup and skincare above the hand basin, while additional wiring powered the underfloor heating and towel rails. By expertly balancing task and ambient lighting, Good Electrical enhanced both the practicality and appearance of the space.

The finished bathroom was perfect for the homeowner, who gets to enjoy a unique bathroom recognised by the NKBA awards in 2018 – taking away ‘Best Bathroom in the Auckland region’ and the ‘Colour Excellence award’.
