Marty is our go-to Everything Guy. With more than 30 years of experience as an electrician, he’s a skilled problem solver, hands-on leader, and the driving force behind the day-to-day running of the business.

A perfectionist by nature, Marty takes pride in delivering quality results and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He’s also known for sourcing the best products at competitive prices, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard and within budget.

Outside of work, Marty enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his trusty dog, Arlo.

Since joining the Good Electrical team in 2002 after completing his apprenticeship in Germany, Stefan has become a valued and trusted member of the team. As our senior electrician, he is known for being loyal, skilled, reliable, and straightforward — with a very dry sense of humour to match.

With decades of experience and extensive industry knowledge, Stefan has the ability to tackle almost any electrical challenge with confidence and precision.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, gardening, and bushwalking with his dogs.

Having grown up in the electrical world, it’s no surprise Nate found his way into the trade. He completed his three-year apprenticeship with us before becoming a fully registered electrician — a goal he was determined to achieve before turning 21, and one he proudly accomplished.

Nate is known for building strong relationships with clients and is valued for his motivation, punctuality, and willingness to go the extra mile to meet clients’ needs.

Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, hunting, fishing, motocross, and cooking.

Rochelle is the one who keeps everything running smoothly alongside her husband, Marty. With a New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology, she also works for an architectural practice and brings a strong eye for construction, detail, and design to the business.

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys walking, reading, and spending time surrounded by her family.

Kayla is the creative force behind Good Electrical’s social media presence. As the daughter of Marty and Rochelle, she has grown up around the family business and enjoys helping showcase the team and the work they do. Alongside managing Good Electrical’s social media part-time, Kayla also works as a merchandiser.

Friendly, creative, and organised, she brings a fresh perspective to the business and enjoys connecting with the local community online.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys being outdoors, whether that’s being out on the water, taking the dogs to the forest or snowboarding.
